She has executed +15 M&A transactions and investments, mainly in mobility and logistics sector, was part of Grupo Traxion’s IPO, and has a with network in private equity ecosystem in Mexico and negotiation capabilities.

Fernanda is an Actuary from Universidad Anáhuac del Norte and has 3 postgraduate studies in financial administration, business strategic administration and modelling techniques. Moreover, she has a negotiation certification from Harvard Law School and a MA in Corporate Law from Universidad Panamericana.
